Return and Exchange  Policy

  • Cancellation Policy

​​

  1. If you cancel the order within the cancellation timeframe, we will refund you the entire amount. no questions asked. The refund is processed within 24 hours from the placing request. 

  2. If you have to cancel an order, you need do it within 24 hours from the date of the order. Send email to support@SilkZari.com for cancellation of the order, with order number mentioned in email.

  • Return & Exchange Policy

​

  1. Please refuse to accept the box and return it to the delivery person if you believe you received it in an open state or if the packaging was altered or damaged before delivery. Please indicate your Order ID in an email to support@SilkZari.com as well. We guarantee that a brand-new replacement will be sent to you without charging you any additional shipping fees.

  2. Returns and Exchange will be processed for only a Product with any defect or Wrong Product has been delivered.

  3. Exchange/Return/Refund will be accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of an incorrect item.

  4. Return and Exchange request will not be accepted through any other medium like Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.

  5. Refund will be processed within 3-4 business days from the date/time it's delivered to our place. 

  6. Delivery/return-shipping charges are non-refundable.

  7. International orders which are undelivered due to any issues from the customer's end are not eligible for Refund. Hence, it requested to not place any refund request, in case of non-delivery of products wherein the customer was unreachable/out of station/has provided incorrect shipping information or any such issues which arose from the customer side.

  8. Once we have exchanged Product, we will ship the replacement product to you within 1-2 working days. Please note SilkZari will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep. If your area or address is un-serviceable for pickup, We will contact you for path forword.

  9. Apart from terms and conditions mentioned here on the website, the following products will not be eligible for return or Exchange.

  • Any product which is used by you

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product.

  • It must not have any stain, sweat, or body odor on it.

  • The product must not be washed or dry cleaned.

  • If the product is customized for you.

  • If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

  • If the product is made to order.

  • Disclaimer:

We have done our best to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible on this site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We request you to make allowance for such variation in the color of the products as displayed on the website when compared to the product you have received.

  • The Customer should take note of the following: 

​

  1. The colors red, maroon, and orange tend to reflect differently.

  2. The colors green and blue may overlap, as is the case with off-white, white, and cream.

  3. Sea Green sometimes looks Aqua Blue and the other way around.

  4. Sequins and beads used to embellish the product tend to come off in spite of prudent care.

  5. The tassels/pompoms used to embellish the product may vary with the color shown on the website and of every piece of particular Saree as it's Handwoven

  6. The sequins, beads, zardozi with prel latkans used to embellish the product specifically blouses may come in variety as per the availability of the designs of the same.

  7. In Kalamkari Sarees, as it is Hand-painted/Handcrafted and in Hand Painted/Hand block Print Sarees, color spread and irregularity in design is common, hence it won't be considered as damaged/defective and no return/refund/exchange request will be considered.

  • The Refund Policies:​​

    1. Refunds will be processed only through net banking if it’s a COD/Payment is paid via Paypal. For prepaid orders, we refund the amount only to the account from which you made the payment. We also ensure that your bank account information remains private and confidential.

    2. For Domestic order: The entire amount paid for any purchase shall be returned within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of returned Saree and account details. [account details, as applicable depending on the mode of payment]

    3. For International order: The entire amount paid for any purchase shall be returned (Shipping charges are non-refundable) within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of returned Saree and account details. [account details, as applicable depending on the mode of payment]
