• Delivery time of your order commences from the date of order confirmation. .

• We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including DHL, FedEx and DTDC.

Shipments within India.​

• It will take 1-2 days to confirm the Order.

• The usual delivery time for an order is 5 to 7 working days from the order confirmation date* according to the ordered products.

• So, the estimated time would be 7 to 9 working days. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.

• We always try to deliver the products as soon as possible. if you want the product to be delivered earlier than estimated time you can contact us, if possible we will deliver product on priority without extra cost

• We provide shipping all over India , All prepaid orders placed in India are eligible for free delivery for deliveries within India.

International Shipments .​

• For international deliveries, the shipping charges will be extra as per the weight of the order.

• VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer if such charges are applicable in the destination country on products sourced from India. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order and shipping price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. 

• Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.

• We always try to deliver the products as soon as possible. if you want the product to be delivered earlier than estimated time you can contact us, if possible we will deliver product on priority without extra cost.
   

• Our dispatch team will get in touch with you to confirm the dispatch of any orders before they are shipped.

• Orders for cash on delivery will only be shipped once the purchaser has confirmed it. Prepaid orders can be shipped without any confirmation.

• If we do not receive a response to our calls/messages/emails with a dispatch confirmation within 3 days of our first attempt, the order for cash on delivery will be marked cancelled at the end of the third day.

• If the delivery fails due to any circumstances on the customer's end, a second attempt will be made after confirmation with the customer. 

• If the second delivery attempt is still unsuccessful due to any circumstances on the customer's end, the customer will be charged for shipping on the subsequent third attempt. If the customer is unable to pay any of these charges, the order will be cancelled.

• If a prepaid order is cancelled by the customer after successful dispatch, 5% will be deducted from the amount paid when refunding the prepaid amount of the order. 

• Orders may be delayed for a variety of reasons beyond our control. If your order is delayed for more than two weeks due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to see if you still want to proceed with your order.

•  If the shipping address is wrong or any mistake is made by the customer, then the customer can contact us for resolution, if order is not shipped then customer can change shipping address without any extra cost. if order has been shipped customer has to make the extra payment .
