Please refuse to accept the box and return it to the delivery person if you believe you received it in an open state or if the packaging was altered or damaged before delivery. Please indicate your Order ID in an email to support@SilkZari.com as well. We guarantee that a brand-new replacement will be sent to you without charging you any additional shipping fees.

Returns and Exchange will be processed for only a Product with any defect or Wrong Product that has been delivered.

Exchange/Return/Refund will be accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of an incorrect item.

In Kalamkari Sarees, as it is Hand-painted/Handcrafted and in Hand Painted/Hand block Print Sarees, color spread and irregularity in design are common, hence it won't be considered as damaged/defective and no return/refund/exchange request will be considered.

The Refund Policies:
Refunds will be processed only through net banking if it’s a COD/Payment is paid via Paypal. For prepaid orders, we refund the amount only to the account from which you made the payment. We also ensure that your bank account information remains private and confidential.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by the customer after successful dispatch, 5% will be deducted from the amount paid when refunding the prepaid amount of the order.
