CARE:

When storing silk sarees, they should be wrapped in white, unbleached cotton or muslin that is clean.

Storage locations for goods should be clean, dry, and secure closets or wardrobes.

Dry cleaning is advised for Sarees.

• Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel the order within the cancellation timeframe, we will refund you the entire amount. no questions asked. The refund is processed within 24 hours from the placing request. 

• If you have to cancel an order, you need to do it within 24 hours from the date of the order. Send an email to support@SilkZari.com for cancellation of the order, with the order number mentioned in the email.

• Return & Exchange Policy

• Please refuse to accept the box and return it to the delivery person if you believe you received it in an open state or if the packaging was altered or damaged before delivery. Please indicate your Order ID in an email to support@SilkZari.com as well. We guarantee that a brand-new replacement will be sent to you without charging you any additional shipping fees.

• Returns and Exchange will be processed for only a Product with any defect or Wrong Product that has been delivered.

• Exchange/Return/Refund will be accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of an incorrect item.

• Return and Exchange requests will not be accepted through any other medium like Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.

• Refund will be processed within 3-4 business days from the date/time it's delivered to our place. 

• Delivery/return shipping charges are non-refundable.

• International orders which are undelivered due to any issues from the customer's end are not eligible for Refund. Hence, it requested to not place any refund request, in case of non-delivery of products wherein the customer was unreachable/out of station/has provided incorrect shipping information or any such issues which arose from the customer side.

• Once we have exchanged the Product, we will ship the replacement product to you within 1-2 working days. Please note SilkZari will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep. If your area or address is un-serviceable for pickup, We will contact you for a path forward.

• Apart from the terms and conditions mentioned here on the website, the following products will not be eligible for return or Exchange.

• Any product which is used by you

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product.

• It must not have any stain, sweat, or body odor on it.

• The product must not be washed or dry cleaned.

• If the product is customized for you.

• If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

• If the product is made to order.

We have done our best to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible on this site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We request you to make allowance for such variation in the color of the products as displayed on the website when compared to the product you have received.

• The Customer should take note of the following: 

• The colors red, maroon, and orange tend to reflect differently.

• The colors green and blue may overlap, as is the case with off-white, white, and cream.

• Sea Green sometimes looks Aqua Blue and the other way around.

• Sequins and beads used to embellish the product tend to come off in spite of prudent care.

• The tassels/pompoms used to embellish the product may vary with the color shown on the website and of every piece of particular Saree as it's Handwoven

• The sequins, beads, and zardozi with prel latkans used to embellish the product specifically blouses may come in variety as per the availability of the designs of the same.

• In Kalamkari Sarees, as it is Hand-painted/Handcrafted and in Hand Painted/Hand block Print Sarees, color spread and irregularity in design are common, hence it won't be considered as damaged/defective and no return/refund/exchange request will be considered.

• The Refund Policies:​​

  Refunds will be processed only through net banking if it’s a COD/Payment is paid via Paypal. For prepaid orders, we refund the amount only to the account from which you made the payment. We also ensure that your bank account information remains private and confidential.

  For Domestic orders: The entire amount paid for any purchase shall be returned within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of returned Saree and account details. [account details, as applicable depending on the mode of payment]

  For International orders: The entire amount paid for any purchase shall be returned (Shipping charges are non-refundable) within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of returned Saree and account details. [account details, as applicable depending on the mode of payment]

Shipping Policy

Order placed can be cancelled within 24 hours only.

• Delivery time of your order commences from the date of order confirmation. .

• We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including DHL, FedEx and DTDC.

Shipments within India.​

• It will take 1-2 days to confirm the Order.

• The usual delivery time for an order is 5 to 7 working days from the order confirmation date* according to the ordered products.

• So, the estimated time would be 7 to 9 working days. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.

• We always try to deliver the products as soon as possible. if you want the product to be delivered earlier than estimated time you can contact us, if possible we will deliver product on priority without extra cost

• We provide shipping all over India , All prepaid orders placed in India are eligible for free delivery for deliveries within India.

International Shipments .​

• For international deliveries, the shipping charges will be extra as per the weight of the order.

• VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer if such charges are applicable in the destination country on products sourced from India. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order and shipping price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. 

• Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.

• We always try to deliver the products as soon as possible. if you want the product to be delivered earlier than estimated time you can contact us, if possible we will deliver product on priority without extra cost.
   

• Our dispatch team will get in touch with you to confirm the dispatch of any orders before they are shipped.

• Orders for cash on delivery will only be shipped once the purchaser has confirmed it. Prepaid orders can be shipped without any confirmation.

• If we do not receive a response to our calls/messages/emails with a dispatch confirmation within 3 days of our first attempt, the order for cash on delivery will be marked cancelled at the end of the third day.

• If the delivery fails due to any circumstances on the customer's end, a second attempt will be made after confirmation with the customer. 

• If the second delivery attempt is still unsuccessful due to any circumstances on the customer's end, the customer will be charged for shipping on the subsequent third attempt. If the customer is unable to pay any of these charges, the order will be cancelled.

• If a prepaid order is cancelled by the customer after successful dispatch, 5% will be deducted from the amount paid when refunding the prepaid amount of the order. 

• Orders may be delayed for a variety of reasons beyond our control. If your order is delayed for more than two weeks due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to see if you still want to proceed with your order.

•  If the shipping address is wrong or any mistake is made by the customer, then the customer can contact us for resolution, if order is not shipped then customer can change shipping address without any extra cost. if order has been shipped customer has to make the extra payment .
